Our Attorney
Our company is represented by our timeshare cancellation attorney, Richard J. D’Amico, Esq. He handles any client issues relating to timeshare contract cancellations directly for the company and can assist us as we help you get out of your timeshare. He is not your attorney, and he only performs services for Preferred Cancellation Services in accordance with our agreement with him.
Richard J. D’Amico attended college at Cornell University graduating with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering in 1969. Thereafter, he attended law school at Brooklyn Law School graduating in 1973 with the degree of Juris Doctor.
His professional practice has consisted primarily of various real estate related matters including condominium conversions, subdivisions, shopping centers and commercial and residential real estate.
He has also practiced in the area of family law and appellate practice since 1990. This practice included appeals to the district courts of appeal and the Supreme Court of Florida.

Preferred Cancellation Services has a special relationship with an attorney who is available to assist owners on a case by case basis without additional charge. In the event the matter is not resolved within six months of the signing of the engagement agreement, the attorney may represent you upon the following terms and conditions:
The client shall consent to the representation after a meeting or telephone call with the attorney.
The client shall waive any possible conflicts with Preferred Cancellation Services.
The attorney is specifically not retained to commence any litigation. His sole involvement shall be to correspond with the Timeshare and conduct any negotiations with the Timeshare.
